Sani-Tech Carpet Maintenance has been in business since 1984. The owner, Jeff
Halcomb, has been cleaning carpets in homes and commercially for over 40 years in the Southern California area. He belongs
to the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration. He is an "IICRC Certified Master Cleaner."
